The hotel is NEAR the mall. IT was easy to visit all attractions. Breakfast included many delicious choices. I liked the free shuttle to the beach. I felt pampered . The location was perfect for exploring.

Staff at the front desk were professional and cute. The valet service was quick and efficient. The free shuttle to the beach was convenient. Extra hangers were delivered promptly, it was so USEFUL.

The breakfast had many choices, IT was really delicious. Fresh eggs were prepared at the table. The hotel also had a Starbucks in the lobby. The dining area was kept clean, i noticed this.

I found the location very convenient, it was close to the Mall of the Emirates. The staff were friendly. They were helpful in directing me to local amenities. My room included snacks and beverages. This was a nice touch after a long day. I appreciated that taxis were readily available. Made transport easy.
I noticed the carpets could use updating. That would enhance the overall feel of the room.

i found the staff helpful and always smiling, SUCH a refreshing experience! the room was very clean and spacious, providing ample space for luggage. fast laundry service was available, which i really appreciated. comfy beds and pillows.
the hotel's basement parking is a bit tight for larger vehicles.

The room was dusty. it seemed like the cleaning service wasn't very thorough! there was dust everywhere! the bathtub water looked yellow. i also found the noise from the street quite bothersome. I had a hard time sleeping with the constant sounds of cars and the metro. it was worse than i expected.

they upgraded me for one night, so i had to pack and move rooms the next day. housekeeping didn't leave enough towels. I had to call for more on 4 of the 6 days of my stay. it seems like a simple thing, two people, two sets of towels, right?

i enjoyed breakfast here. staff i encountered from security to the front desk, muzamil and bijay were very helpful. they took care of every need i had. i liked that the hotel was very clean, close to the metro station, and the emirates mall. rooms were clean and furnished well.
